Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA, is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation to lead the day-to-day operations of our physical and occupational therapy clinic.

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinic therapists and assistants.
• Ensure staff licenses are current and compliant.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Conduct documentation audits and uphold patient care standards.
• Develop and implement new patient programs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited program with a Doctorate, MS, MA, BS, BA, or Associate degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or successful function as a point person under Clinical Operations supervision for 1 year.
