Allegria Village is hiring for a Rehabilitation Therapy Director!

•OverseesthedailyworkflowoftheRehabDepartment.
•Asafacilitydepartmenthead,willactivelyparticipatewithintheinterdisciplinaryteam(IDT)
•Conductsperformanceevaluationsthataretimelyandconstructive.
•Handlesdisciplineandterminationofemployeesinaccordancewithcompanypolicy.
•Carriesaclinicalcaseload
•Providedirectionandleadershiptoalltherapystaff
•Responsibleformaintainingoptimalstaffingmix.Includingrecruitment,orientation,
development,retention,scheduling,andemployeeengagementoftherapystaff.
•Collaboratewithfacilityleadershiptodriveclinicalexcellenceandsupportivefacilityculture
•Supervisestheschedulingofresidentsfortherapyservicesconsideringavailabletreatment
hours,staffresourcesandoverallplanofcare.
•Otherdutiesasassigned.
Education/Certification:
•CurrentstatelicensureasPT/PTA or OT/COTA
•Associates,Bachelors,Masters,orDoctorateinalliedhealthfieldPT/PTA,OT/COTA,orSLP
•Proficiencywithallapplicablestate,federal,andprofessionalstandards
•PriormanagementexperienceinSkilledNursingFacilitypreferred
•PreferredpriorNetHealth(formerlyRehabOptima)experience

•Mustmaintainaclinicalcaseload
•KnowledgeandskillstocareforpatientneedsoftheSNFpopulation
•Mustpossessproblemsolvingskillstosuccessfullyperformjob
•Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
•Strongcustomerserviceorientation
•Mustbeabletocommunicateeffectivelyandprofessionallywithotheremployees,patients,and
familymembers
•Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
•ProficientwithMicrosoftOfficeSuiteorrelatedsoftware.
