About the Job
Responsibilities:
As the Director of Real Estate, you'll be an integral part of our expansion efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with brokers and landlords to meet goals on time
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local market brokers, partners, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new retail and commercial real estate opportunities to support growth
- Vet and filter potential site opportunities
- Analyzing markets through constant travel and presence to determine feasibility and site availability
- Negotiating letters of intent and leases, and overseeing the execution of development processes
- Organizing and maintaining a pipeline report with key metrics and current status
- Directing lease, ground lease, and purchase negotiations to minimize costs
- Conducting financial analyses and negotiating optimal terms with tenants
- Coordinating with third-party support to ensure seamless execution of development
- Tracking milestones and costs to optimize subsequent projects
- Seeking necessary third-party support to determine the highest and best use of larger-scale assets, while mindful of costs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-location business within food services or hospitality industry advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Travel required to seek out potential sites
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
