As a member of the Network Management team, our Director of Provider Engagement serves as the lead executive responsible for developing and executing programs and initiatives to engage healthcare providers- all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare provider engagement or a related role.
Skills and Attributes:
Expert knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, provider networks, and value-based care models.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and driving provider engagement initiatives.
Experience with healthcare economics and/or risk adjustment; project management of large-scale business change, strategy development and execution experience required.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Lead a team of professionals responsible for provider engagement across our four-state footprint and Medicare, reinforcing a feedback-rich and results driven environment based on trust.
Develop and implement a comprehensive provider engagement strategy that aligns with Cambia's strategic objectives, including affordability and care quality objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with providers to improve member experience and overall performance.
Lead the development and implementation of provider engagement programs and initiatives.
Develop and manage provider performance metrics and benchmarks to measure and track provider performance and identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, strategic finance, clinical, medical and health informatics team.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to provider engagement and healthcare delivery.
The expected hiring range for the Director of Provider Engagement is $193,000-261,050 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 25%. The current full salary range for this role is $181,000-296,000.
