Director of Project Management at AllTek Staffing

• Lead team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators responsible for the successful and safe execution of our client’s project portfolio including, but not limited to, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, performance, training, inspections, and decommissioning.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Project Management team. Provide daily guidance and feedback on design, contracts, schedules, budgets, execution plans, etc., to ensure Project Management team is on track to execute projects on-time and on-budget.
• Review offtake, pipeline, utility, and vendor contracts – provide contract guidance to project execution team.
• Oversee document control and ensure project documentation adheres to industry engineering and construction standards.
• Participate in team update meetings to receive project updates, assess project status, and provide necessary feedback to ensure projects are on track.
• Lead project review meetings and make necessary recommendations to upper management and/or investors to allow for the successful execution of client’s project portfolio.
• Participate in discussions with customers (dairymen, landfills, developers, etc.) to ensure project is properly scoped and team is positioned to execute project to customer’s satisfaction.
• Understand nuance of RNG laws and marketplace at the Federal, State, and Local levels.
• Provide strategic direction and input related to the business opportunities – know the market, understand where the market is going.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, etc.

• Five plus (5+) years of direct Project Management and five plus (5+) years of leadership experience in construction and/or engineering in natural gas processing, gas facility design and build on both small and large-scale construction ($20MM+) projects.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to execute Renewable Natural Gas projects from Project Origination through engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Review overall project schedules and resource loading; ensure project teams are equipped for success.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and be customer focused to deliver projects on-time, on-spec and on-budget
• Ability to review project budgets and schedules and assess project trajectory.
