21GRAMS is looking for a Director of Project Management to join our growing team! At Real Chemistry, we are on a mission to transform healthcare through AI, creativity, and data-driven insights.
The Director, Project Management is ultimately responsible for excellent delivery on their assigned piece of business; they will own a growing book of account(s) and will manage SOWs, workstreams, and deadlines across digital and omnichannel project implementations. They will work with a disciplinary team of specialists to ensure delivery of projects such as digital channel assets (web/app/social/VR/AR/iVAs), marketing technologies, Veeva CRM, business intelligence dashboards, and other assets as part of digital marketing communications in healthcare.
Directors, Project Management are great communicators and motivators with an innate ability to “get things done.” As a result, they wear many hats. The Director, Project Management manages all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery and must be intimately familiar with and know how to partner with the roles played by digital and omnichannel experience specialists, developers (both internal and 3rd party), MarTech specialists (e.g. Veeva, SFDC, SFMC, Adobe), data analysts, digital health platform specialists (e.g. conversational intelligence/chatbot), system integrators (e.g. Pharma client or 3rd party system), creative (design and copy), and social media.
They have experience moving projects through all internal agency departments and roles, ensuring the proper reviews and approvals at appropriate stages. They have experience with MLR Consult and Formal submission platforms, MLR requirements, and timing.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day workflow for multiple digital and omnichannel projects with minimal oversight.
- Understand project interdependencies and identify, address, and carry through inputs and information from one project across all other projects within the program.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of internal and Client processes, enforce it with the internal team, and manage quality control process for all projects.
- Effectively communicate expectations to internal teams and vendors to facilitate the efficient flow of associated work throughout the agency.
- Recognize project risks, manage & mediate project issues, and develop solutions with confidence.
- Create project estimates and validate them with the internal team.
- Accountable for delivering work within sold margins and identifying and communicating issues causing margin changes.
- Responsible for the accurate financial management of the portfolio of projects to which they are assigned.
- Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the client account lead, ensuring digital workstreams are aligned to the overall business project plan.
- Create and own all digital/omnichannel timelines and ensure account, creative and technical leads and SMEs deliver on tasks with the digital, omnichannel, and MarTech activations.
- Provide necessary direction and support to the team on the tasks and deliverables required.
- Lead meetings: hotsheet, weekly internal status, project briefings, internal creative reviews, and meetings with external vendors.
- Route deliverables to the appropriate core team members for review/sign off via electronic project routing system, ensuring signoff prior to key junctures.
- Enforce agency process and manage the quality assurance (QA) phase for all projects.
Requirements
- 9 years of experience managing technical digital projects.
- Must have experience managing digital omnichannel implementation projects and platforms such as Veeva, Adobe, SFDC, SFMC.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a disciplinary team of specialists.
- Proficient in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams across multiple businesses; excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Agile and Scrum experience.
- Experience working on Agency of record healthcare projects/accounts for pharma brands necessary.
- Working familiarity with industry-specific processes, including MLR processes.
Nice to Have
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of software/systems used by Project Management, including Ziflow or Proof HQ, Box, Smartsheets, and JIRA.
Pay Range: $155,000.00-$165,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
