Job Description:
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead efforts to communicate the unique value of Peer39's offerings to advertisers, agencies, and programmatic platforms. Your primary responsibility will be creating and executing go-to-market strategies that directly connect our product capabilities to customer needs, driving growth across our portfolio.
You will own product positioning, messaging, and campaign development while collaborating closely with sales, product, and account management teams. This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Product-Centered Strategy
- Craft and execute go-to-market strategies for Peer39's products and solutions, focusing on driving adoption and revenue growth.
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
- Build and refine product narratives for campaigns, webinars, events, and sales enablement.
- Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop tools, such as product one-sheets, sales decks, and competitive positioning guides.
- Drive alignment between sales and marketing efforts to optimize the customer journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers to understand and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between product development and marketing strategies.
- Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Use market insights to influence product development and differentiation strategies.
- Thought Leadership
- Help attendees present Peer39's solutions at industry events, webinars, and through contributed content.
- Champion Peer39's role in advancing brand safety, contextual targeting, and programmatic efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is not just a marketing expert but a strategic storyteller who can clearly communicate the value of our products in a fast-evolving space. The ideal candidate will bring:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within ad tech, programmatic, or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including demand generation, content marketing, and performance measurement.
- Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer narratives.
