About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Development to lead the development of innovative and aesthetically pleasing structures that conceal 5G wireless equipment and its components. This critical role will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design to manufacturing and market launch. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of 5G technology, manufacturing processes, and a strong track record of successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for 5G network concealment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with 3rd party developers, in-house engineering teams, and cross-functional departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to ensure successful product launches and develop and cultivate a robust ecosystem of partnerships with providers of complementary technologies to enhance the capabilities of small cells and kiosks.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of new product concepts and deliver cost-effective and visually appealing solutions that meet our client's customers' performance and functionality requirements while providing the best possible value.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and address emerging challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.
• Manage the product development budget and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product development, with a strong focus on telecommunications or related industries.
• Proven experience in managing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Deep understanding of 5G wireless technology or similar including its deployment challenges and infrastructure requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, including materials, tooling, and production techniques.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results on schedule.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with 3rd party developers and managing cross-functional teams.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) in relevant manufacturing processes.
