Director of Placement & Sales - EF Education First Gruppe

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Placement & Sales to lead our team of Matching Specialists in our Boston office. This team is the primary matching and pre-arrival support resource for families navigating the exciting journey of welcoming an au pair. As Director, you will be instrumental in driving sales strategy, exceeding sales goals, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Matching Specialists.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Adjust sales strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Design and deliver ongoing development to the team.
• Collaborate with the training department to provide effective sales training.
• Handle customer escalations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and proven track record for exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of problem-solving.
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain goal-oriented under strict deadlines.
• Proven experience in creating a positive and motivational work environment.
