Director of Pharmacy - San Antonio, TX

• Annual Salary Range: $142,292 - $181,440 (based on $68.46/hr - $83.86/hr, full-time).
• Full-time, No Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee quality improvement and fiscal goals.
• Provide leadership in drug information dissemination and staff education.
• Lead new program development and implementation.
• Ensure legal compliance and effective departmental operations.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Pharm D from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 5 years of hospital leadership experience or PGY2 leadership residency.
• Current Pharmacist and Consultant Pharmacist licenses in good standing.
