Your mission:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to develop and manage strategic partnerships that fuel revenue growth, extend our market reach, and amplify Highwire's value. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive measurable impact in a fast-growing company.
What you"ll do:
- Build relationships. Establish relationships with insurance companies and SaaS vendors who complement and value our platform.
- Drive strategy. Assess how to collaborate with partners to integrate products, drive new business opportunities, and create value for our shared clients.

- Make our product even better. Identify partnerships that add real value to Highwire through integrations with tools our customers love and rely on.
Who you are:
- Competitor at heart. You love to win–whether that's hitting goals, closing deals, or solving tough challenges. Maybe you played sports, competed academically, or simply thrive on pushing yourself to the top.
- Endlessly curious. You're naturally inquisitive–always learning, asking questions, and digging deeper to understand how things work. You explore passions outside of work through side projects, hobbies, or new experiences.
- A master of messaging. You know how to get a response. Your emails, proposals, and presentations are clear, persuasive, and tailored to the audience, making people want to take action.
- A big-picture thinker. You connect the dots between ideas, people, and opportunities to make things happen. Whether you've led teams, managed complex projects, or solved high-stakes challenges, you know how to drive results and create value.
- Confident communicator. You know how to command a room, whether you're presenting to executives, collaborating with external partners, or rallying internal teams to move things forward.
Benefits:
Our benefits go well beyond the basics. To support your work-life integration, we built a benefits program that takes care of the whole person, including physical, mental, financial, and emotional health.
- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees. Best part? You'll be eligible on day one.
- 401k. We offer a 401k and a 3% company contribution (even better than a match) to help you get ready to retire no matter how far off that seems.
