• Oversee all operations for manufacturing and ensure safety, compliance, quality, and productivity.
• Responsible for chemical expenses and comprehensive cost management.
• Work with several dedicated teams to ensure quality control and product optimization.
• Natural leader who can develop personnel and wants to grow within the company.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams across the organization and develop procedure/policy.
