POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Director of Operations to oversee our day-to-day operations and focus on maintaining the highest standards of care.
Your role
As the Director of Operations, you will leverage your operational expertise to translate our company vision into actionable plans that result in measurable outcomes. Your hands-on approach in this dynamic role, whether on-site or in the office, will guarantee effective oversight of each property, exceptional guest satisfaction, all while optimizing revenue and expenses.
You will contribute to team building by recruiting, coaching, delegating, and streamlining processes to achieve results. To maintain our spot as a leader in property management, you’ll also ensure each property is maintained to the highest level in line with brand standards, industry trends, and local regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily and preventative maintenance operations, ensuring properties meet company standards and guest expectations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality services, leveraging technology tools for efficiency.
- Schedule and conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to address repairs, replacements, or improvements for optimum guest/owner satisfaction and implement technologies to enhance communication, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, analyze guest reviews to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Hire, train, and supervise operational staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Develop and manage property budgets and expense controls, monitor property revenue and occupancy rates, and identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate, preferably a College Degree
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or short-term rentals.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Proficient in leveraging software, new technology, and AI for scheduling, reporting, communication, and other operational tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick, effective decisions.
- Strength in building standard operating processes to allow the company to scale efficiently
- Candidates must reside in South Florida
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 base salary based on experience and achievement with $125,000 OTE

Schedule: Monday through Friday with some weekends
