Director of Operations - LaSalle Network

LaSalle Network is partnering with a DC-based, PE-backed consulting firm. Our client is in search of a Director of Operations. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic vision through operational improvements, implementation of new processes and management of day-to-day business activities.

Director of OperationsResponsibilities:

• Development and execution of continuous improvement and efficiency-focused plans to drive towards 15%+ Revenue growth
• Build and execute upon a predictable, measurable and repeatable revenue growth and playbook across the business
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all business functions at the company including pricing strategy, customer/employee retention, contract capture and business development and team growth
• Oversee the finance and accounting function to ensure timely monthly financial close, accurate KPI reporting and other regulatory requirements (this role will directly manage a Sr. Accountant)
• Be a people-leader for our client's organization and empower the right individuals to grow and lead within their company
• Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders
• Lives in or is willing to relocate to greater DC area

Director of OperationsRequirements:

• 3+ years of experience in private-equity, consulting, operations or strategy roles
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• Operator who enjoys problem solving
• Financial acuity; firm understanding of how to read and analyze a P&L
• Enthusiasm to continue to scale an organization
• Energized by a high-growth environment and opportunity for increased responsibility
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to communicate complex information at varying levels of detail
• Spirit of continuous improvement to implement new processes
