Director of Operations - MRINetwork Jobs

Our client has grown into one of the country’s largest branded products with over 3500 employees and 12 manufacturing plants throughout the United States.

We are recruiting for a Director of Operations to manage 3 locations in the Upstate NY area.  Prefer someone to be based in the Utica region.

Will have oversight of 3 Plant Managers and their sites. Looking for someone to improve the organization's financial performance and be able to identify manufacturing processes that could benefit from continuous improvement programs, and develop a manufacturing plan for the Division.

Qualifications needed:

• At least 10 years of experience in a Plant leadership role
• Multi site experience
• Proven track record  or leadership
• Able to travel
• Food/beverage/CPG manufacturing experience
