Job Details
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of living communities, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and processes.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and objectives for the operations team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in operational management.
- Oversee the compliance with all industry regulations and standards to mitigate risks.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement and monitor key metrics to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and changes in the mortgage industry to ensure our operations remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management. Ideally within the senior living space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills with a keen eye for details.
- Solid understanding of the mortgage industry, including regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree will be considered a plus.
