About the Job
Our restaurant group is looking for a Director of Operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in restaurant operations management and a proven track record in process improvement and project management. The Director will collaborate with ownership & management to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and support business growth. MUST have previous restaurant management and operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational functions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize resources and costs.
- Oversee business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor revenue margins
- Budget reviews to maximize profits
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Manage project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations across the organization.
