Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year + annual bonus.
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
As the Operational leader of Premier Trust, the Director of Operations (“DO”) will oversee and administer the overall operations of the Company, including the compliance and Treasury functions, as well as related back-office functions.
This role will set the strategic direction for creating an efficient operating structure to support the firm’s Trust Administration and corporate operations. It involves providing leadership to help drive business optimization, transforming existing processes, and finding new solutions to help Premier scale services efficiently and achieve growth. Premier seeks a candidate who can successfully integrate and mature capabilities to ensure the firm leads with the best industry product solutions to evolving client needs.
The DO will also be responsible for developing and retaining a team focused on increasing productivity. This includes maturing job families, fostering career development, and implementing training programs (both peer-led and via adult learning systems). Success metrics include staff turnover and productivity ratios (trust to employee ratio), trust retention, and staff engagement scores.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive growth and performance of Premier in alignment with its business plan
- Driving outcomes and meeting and/or exceeding metrics created by Premier and the board for evaluating the Company’s operational performance and efficiency
- Working to improve and scale the Company’s operational organization and performance
- Providing proactive leadership to the operational departments and groups of the Company
- Working with Osaic ecosystem constituents and major customers to integrate Premier’s operations and functions, as appropriate
- Overseeing and maintaining the compliance and BSA/AML programs
- Reviewing and maintaining sound policies and procedures
- Performing personnel actions including but not limited to performance assessments, disciplinary actions, delegation of workload, and approving work schedules
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all records and data received
- Comply with Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”), OFAC Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), and compliance policies, procedures, and processes related to job duties.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, and High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Basic Requirements:
- Solid Trust knowledge/acumen on legal, tax, and wealth transfer considerations
- Ability to incorporate industry conditions and market trends into strategies and goals for products made available to the firm’s platforms
- Appreciate the needs and demands of entire Osaic organization and uses enterprise-wide mindset in strategic and business planning
- Significant business planning expertise, investment knowledge, and platform management experience
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - strong persuasion and mediation skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet performance goals in a results-oriented fast-paced environment
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, 5+ years in related role
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a technical field
- Master’s degree in business, finance or technical field
- Strong experience in trust administration operations
