- 3+ years experience managing a team in an operational/sales support capacity
- Experience in locum tenens staffing
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

- Developing and implementing procedures and processes to increase efficiency
- Communicate with recruiters to determine areas of need, and partnering with senior leadership to find solutions
- Mentor and lead a team, delegating responsibilities, and overseeing operations of Jobot Health

- Expert communicator, acting as a liaison between recruiters, leadership, operations, and providers
- Well organized, with a knack for finding solutions and efficiencies
