Job Title: Director of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to Flagship's gold standard in client care.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Act as a client-facing representative, addressing concerns and enhancing client relationships.
- Manage and mentor site managers to optimize performance and operational efficiency.
- Travel at least 50% to Denver and other locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and improve client satisfaction.
