We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations with a proven background in senior-level management within the hospitality, luxury hotel, upscale guest services, or multifamily industries to lead our Northeast region.
Stratton Amenities is a hospitality company specializing in Residential and Corporate Amenity Management Services for the multifamily industry across multiple U.S. markets.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong operational foundation, exceptional client relationship skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled service.
This role requires a demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale operations, lead high-performing teams, and build long-term partnerships with clients. The Director of Operations will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team performance throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the Northeast region, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site engagement.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve optimal performance, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of operational processes and develop solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define performance benchmarks and long-term growth strategies for the region.
- Monitor and manage regional financial performance, ensuring budgets and financial goals are met.
- Represent the company with professionalism and hospitality, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address operational challenges and respond to urgent matters with speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in regional or multi-unit operations, specifically within the hospitality, luxury hotel, upscale guest services, or multifamily property management industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving operational excellence, and building client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a hands-on leadership style.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools.
- High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is required.
