Title: Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee direct line management and support activities, including manufacturing floor inspection, engineering, materials management, and safety/environmental engineering.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for all departments, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise Manufacturing Managers across Molding, Stamping, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Customer Service/Planning.
• Create and execute manufacturing plans based on sales forecasts and shop orders to deliver defect-free, on-time products.
• Maintain optimal material and parts inventories to meet production schedules while minimizing costs.
• Partner with tooling/engineering teams to resolve product quality and manufacturing issues, identifying cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred, but not required.
• Eight (8) + years of precision manufacturing experience (molding, stamping, etc.).
• Ten (10) years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in computerized manufacturing systems.
