Job Overview
The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project management, and business development, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Support the Senior Executive Team in establishing the company’s strategic direction.
- In collaboration with the Senior Executive Team, develop and execute the operational strategy in line with Incrediwear’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and evolve Incrediwear’s Standard Operating Procedures. This will be done in collaboration with Business Unit Leaders.
- Assist with System Administration for Incrediwear’s ERP, CRM, and other systems to ensure efficient and automated processes to create the most efficient outcomes.
- In collaboration with the Director of Supply Chain, develop and implement a Demand Forecast and 2 Bin Inventory system to ensure Incrediwear is purchasing the right products at the right time, as well as ensuring no products are Out of Stock.
- Manage the Warehouse Team with the Warehouse Manager
- Ensure the accuracy of Inventory Levels at all locations through Cycle Counts, Physical Inventory Counts and other means necessary.
- Working with the Director of Sales Operations, produce accurate and timely Sales Reports, Commission Reports and other reporting needed and requested by other Business Unit Leaders and Senior Executive Team.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, focusing on reducing costs while maximizing productivity.
- In collaboration with the Regulatory Team, ensure that Incrediwear complies with all Regulatory requirements per US FDA, EU and Other International regulatory organizations.
- In collaboration with Marketing and Product Development Teams, ensure the successful launch of New Products and updates to existing products.
- Oversee product quality assurance to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee product quality control measures and collect and organize data collected via Regulatory requirements to ensure Incrediwear products are of the highest quality. Report findings to the Senior Executive Team and Supply Chain and Factories.
- Any other duties that are needed as requested by the Senior Executive Team and support and collaborate with other Business Units.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
- Experience in developing budgets and business plans
- Excellent negotiation skills for securing beneficial partnerships and contracts.
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: ERP, CRM)
- Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
