Director of Operations - MWS Enterprises, Inc.

• Reporting directly to company ownership, this role provides strategic and operational management for all convenience store and petroleum retail locations, as well as food service operations
• Identify, assess and develop strategies and action plans to address operational issues with the objective of attaining best practices
• Coaching, training, mentoring and developing District Managers, as well as participation in DM recruiting / hiring efforts
• P&L responsibilities, including budgets, sales, expenses in store profitability
• Maintain strong field presence to ensure implementation of programs and operational execution.

• Prior retail operations management experience, specifically the supervision of District Managers and development / implementation of strategic initiatives
• Experience in the convenience store / petroleum sector
• Food service operations experience highly desirable
• Track record of successes in mentoring team members and management
• Track record of effective P&L management
• Business degree

• Bachelor's Degree

• Demonstrated Director or VP of Operations for a convenience store chain: 3 years
• Demonstrated marketing in a convenience store environment: 3 years
