About the Job
Responsibility over regulatory, compliance, safety, training and quality assurance. The objective is to create opportunities for the spread of excellence in field operations, resource center operations and training.
This position is based in Lenexa, KS office with occasional field travel when necessary and reports to the Executive Vice President / General Manager.

The Successful Candidate Will...
- Establishment, implementation, and development of annual Quality Assurance program by site to support continuous improvement of Business Operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance of all field personnel
- Development of external training materials and classroom offerings
- Development of current new hire training strategies while ensuring process remains forward thinking and at the forefront of the industry
- Ensure Industry Best Practices of Safety programs are being met and lead our decisions
- Successful implementation of programs and policies
- Meeting regulatory and DOT requirements
- Oversee Fleet management and Warehouse/Purchasing operations
- Complete other duties as assigned

- Business Impact (Customer retention, employee retention, revenue growth, profit margin)
- Internal and external customer satisfaction
- QA/QC audit capture rate
- AFR/IFR
- Driving performance metrics
- Learning transfer and knowledge retention of the training programs

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record
10+ years of management experience - Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite skill to include Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed, including overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years experience with OSHA, DOT, and personnel training
- Graduate degree in related field
- Applicable pest licensing and prior pest control experience
- Multi-state experience operations experience
