Director of Operational Finance - Unity Search Group

Unity Search has exclusively partnered with a very reputable energy investment company searching for a Director of Finance.  This company offers strong work/life balance and a great Park Cities location. Here’s more details about the role:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Report to the CFO and assist in developing financial plans, supporting strategic planning, analyzing financial performance, and providing financial insights
• Update and maintain the corporate financial model
• Create financial budgets and forecasts and develop integrated financial plans that account for multiple scenarios
• Conduct month-end and quarter-end variance analysis to compare the budget and/or rolling forecast against actual performance
• Identify, analyze, interpret, and process financial and operating transactions and data
• Communicate scenarios to CFO
• Assist in the implementation of business intelligence tools and dashboard reports
• Assist in financial analysis for senior management to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance
• Accounting background preferred
• Energy experience required
• Upstream O&G preferred

Compensation will depend on experience with a rough range of $150k to low $200’s salary plus a bonus and LTI.!
