Director of Nursing - Sure Staffing

We are seeking a passionate Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) who is a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership skills and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current MA RN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• 5+ years of experience in long-term care, with 3-5 years as a Director of Nursing
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent communication abilities
