Responsibilities You'll Embrace:
- Direct, oversee, and evaluate nursing personnel, including Nurses, CNAs, and Resident Aides
- Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
- Organize and coordinate move-ins, nursing, and resident care procedures
- Foster a warm and compassionate environment for our seniors
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
- Lead and develop personnel while resolving issues and deficiencies
- Collaborate with upper management and report on operations
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a unit manager or Director of Wellness/DON
- Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of legal regulations and healthcare best practices
