Towne Kids is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to join our growing clinical team!  

DON Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical processees to enhance client care and nurse expireince 
• Oversight of our clinical programs which includes accuracy and familarity of all client charts and plan of cares.
• Manage Case Management division and QA program 
• Supervise field and office employees by performing clinical competency exams, evaluations as well as provide appropriate clinical training and reeducation
• Providing quality care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with the client and his/her family members, as well as the health care team/staff of the agency
• Consistently adheres to universal precautions, aseptic technique and infection control guidelines
• Implements care in a manner that is maximally safe for the client, his/her family and self
• Maintains standards of nursing care as well as implement the policies and procedures established by the agency
• Respect the rights, privacy and property of all others at all times

DON Requirements:

• At least 6+ years of previous RN experience
• Previous RN supervisor or home care experience is preferred
• Active New Jersey RN License in good standing
