About the Job

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON/DNS/RN) who is a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have a successful history in nursing management, particularly in long-term care, and will oversee nursing care quality and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include:

Implementing nursing policies and ensuring compliance with laws.

Communicating policies to staff and monitoring practices.

Promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Coordinating quality assurance activities.

Preparing staff for inspections.

Qualifications:

Massachusetts RN license.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

5+ years in long-term care, with 3-5 years as DON.

Strong clinical and leadership skills.
