Director of Nursing (RN) Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care to patients and support fellow employees during onboarding.

Oversee nursing services, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Ensure effective hiring, training, supervision, and retention of qualified staff.

Requirements:

Availability for varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Current Indiana Registered Nurse license and graduation from an accredited nursing school.

Minimum three years of clinical experience in Geriatrics or Gerontology and one year in a managerial role in long-term care.

Knowledge of relevant Federal and State nursing laws and regulations.
