Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• 5+ years of senior living experience.
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience.
• Expertise in business management, Medicare/Medicaid policies, regulations.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Proficient in long-term care (LTC) and assisted living (AL).
• Proven ability to set and achieve challenging goals for self and team.
• Strong skills in business and financial management.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and oversee the Nursing Department's operations.
• Uphold high standards of care for all patients.
• Proactively address resident, staff, and facility needs.
