Director Of Nursing - Skilled Nursing Facility

Position Overview: The Terrace at Crystal has immediate opening for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional nursing care to our residents and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to the nursing staff to deliver outstanding care to residents.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and medical professionals.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Minnesota state license.
• Minimum of 1 years of Nursing leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team of dedicated nursing professionals.
