Director of Nursing RN/LPN. - Benchmark Senior Living.

The Atrium at Veronica Drive in Danvers is looking for a compassionate Director of Nursing to lead the community care team. This role involves hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as liaising with families, community agencies, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with resident care regulations, including medication management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Implement safety methods for residents.
• Represent the community with knowledge to educate external groups.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• At least 2 years of experience in a care setting; experience in Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dementia care is beneficial.
