Director of Nursing RN - Macstaff

We are seeking a Director of Nursing RN ("DON" / "DNS") for a 124-bed skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Assign staff to tasks appropriately.
• Establish a positive work environment for patients and families.
• Provide information and support to patients and the healthcare team.
• Report significant changes in residents' conditions to the Executive Director/Administrator.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and families.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse RN with over a year of nurse leadership experience in long-term healthcare.
