Director of Nursing - RN. - Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living.

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage nursing department and staffing levels.

Develop and implement nursing policies and ensure compliance.

Ensure resident safety and respectful treatment.

Conduct in-services for clinical staff.

Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff.

Coordinate pharmacy services and manage medication disposal.

Act as a liaison between the facility, physicians, and families.

Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Active RN license in Colorado and CPR certification.

Excellent communication skills.
