DirectorofNursing-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Previous long-term care experience as a DirectorofNursing is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience managing staff required.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
- Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
- Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff.
- Experience with subacute and long term care regulations
- Experience and knowledge of Point Click Care electronic medical record software
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

- Schedule: Full-time, on-call rotation, possible weekend(s)
