Job Summary: Corner View Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our skilled nursing facility. The Director of Nursing will lead the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to quality care, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure.

• 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and quality improvement processes.
