We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team at Hillcrest Country Estates in Papillion. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the Cottage nursing service, with a focus on inspiring residents to live their best lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing nursing objectives and action plans
• Coordinating nursing care programs per regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Five years of experience in skilled nursing preferred
• Three years of leadership experience preferred
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Nebraska or a compact state
