We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. 

The Director of Nursing is responsible for Supervising the activities of the nursing department ensuring that quality care is given to the residents,

Organize, Supervise, and Evaluate the Nursing Department, Supervise and Evaluate Resident Care, Assist with Safety Assurance for Residents and Associates, Know and Enforce State and Federal Regulations, Participate in Development of Annual Nursing Budget, Promote Constructive Working Relationships between Health Care Disciplines, Participate in Various Committees and Conferences, Promote Favorable Public Relations

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• 5 years minimal clinical nursing experience, knowledge of MDS and current Federal and State regulations for LTC
• Current RN license to practice in the State of Illinois
• CPR Certified
