Key Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing - OR

• Oversee and manage all clinical and administrative operations within the operating room department.

Schedule and Shift Details

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of surgical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
