Job Details
- Ensuring quality medical services for individuals based on their unique needs and regulatory requirements
- Allocating nursing support based on program and individual needs across assigned residences/programs
- Addressing medical emergencies promptly and effectively, advocating for individuals as necessary
- Supervising, training, and evaluating nursing staff, conducting regular support meetings
- Communicating agency updates, policies, and directives to nursing staff, providing necessary training
- Collaborating with other teams and administration to promote nursing best practices
- Remaining on-call 24/7 for clinical assessment and consultation
Skills You Need:
- Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum five years of nursing experience with at least three years in a supervisory role
- Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
