Job Details
Director of Nursing, Neuro ICU:
- The Director of Nursing, Neuro ICU will be an RN with BSN Degree and 5+ years experience in Neuro, Critical Care, or related clinical units.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced unit
- Proven experience improving and enhancing quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with state & federal regulatory boards, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, promoting a strong culture amongst the team
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree required
- MSN Degree or enrolled in MSN program
- 5+ years clinical experience in Critical Care / ICU, Neuro Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU), Neuro, Neurology or related unit
- Prefer 3+ years progressive management
- ACLS, BLS
- Active TX License
