Director of Nursing Opportunity Description
 
Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Nursing for their Hospice location in the Boston, MA area. A Registered Nurse is required.  Medicare Hospice management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Director of Nursing Job Requirements 

• Medicare Hospice leadership experience as an RN.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities 

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. 
• Hire, train, mentor staff.
