Position Highlights – Director of Nursing:

• Lead and oversee nursing operations in our Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units.
• Hire, train, and mentor a compassionate nursing team, fostering growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to elevate resident care standards.
• Manage external partnerships, including home health, hospice, and rehab services.
• Drive quality improvements and ensure regulatory compliance for all nursing services.

What We Seek in a Director of Nursing:

• Active RN license in Wisconsin, along with CPR certification.
• 2+ years of nursing management experience, ideally within long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A balanced approach to clinical and administrative responsibilities, grounded in empathy and teamwork.
