Salary: $95,000

Hire-on Bonus: $10,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure they are providing high-quality care to residents
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and ensure their needs are met
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of Nebraska
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
