Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $120,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain and enhance quality care standards.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
- Manage the department’s budget and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans tailored to patients' needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the nursing department and other facility departments.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or in a comparable leadership role.
- Specialization: Significant experience in geriatric care is mandatory.
- Licensure: Current, unencumbered RN license valid in Florida.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
