Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and policies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with department heads for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Conduct regular resident assessments and care planning meetings
• Manage nursing department budget and resources

Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Current RN license in PA
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
• Experience, 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
• Commitment to resident safety and quality of life
