Position: Director of Nursing (DON)

Summary: The Director of Nursing will oversee the Clinical/Nursing Services Department, ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services, developing policies, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license and current CPR/BLS certifications
• Preferred college degree or five years of relevant experience
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting
• Six months of experience in rehabilitative nursing practices
