Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with nursing policies.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and provide direct supervision to nursing staff.

Monitor safety and evaluate service delivery while adhering to the organization's Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.

2 years of supervisory experience in an acute setting preferred.

Current RN licensure and CPR certification required.
